Maintenance workshop

The Phoenix ladies were busy this week brushing up on their puncture repair skills at a workshop held at Belfast Harlequins.

Our expert tutors each led a group, where the ladies had the opportunity to learn and practice puncture repairs. Everyone got a hand-outs explaining tyre sizes and valve types, and we had an entertaining demo on how to inflate a tyre using a C02 cartridge.

The ladies got stuck into their repair practice getting their hands pretty dirty! There was a bit of a💥 during a repair technique, another lady said she was going home with some homework to do, whilst another lady discovered she needs to go shopping for a new tyre! 🤦🏼‍♀️

Thanks to the ladies for coming along, everyone learnt something, and we are all very appreciative to ‘expert tutors’ for giving up their time to lead the workshop 👏
