Cycling Ulster Youth Academy Online Zwift school.

To get us through this difficult time the Cycling Ulster Youth Academy, are proud to announce the launch of an online Zwift school. Open to all cycling ulster youth riders we have acquired the services of world renowned coach and ex pro Stephen Gallagher of Dig Deep coaching.  

On Monday evenings the riders Will go on a group ride with an informative chat along the way. Feed back will be required and homework will need to done!  Fridays will be race specific efforts and drills.  

Initially this will be for all U12-U16 youth riders and no riders will be dropped . You can join as many or as little of the sessions.
